30-DAY REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website as long as this policy is followed in its entirety. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked as long as you follow this policy in its entirety. You are eligible for a full reimbursement of (1) month's billing cycle within 30 calendar days of your payment as long as you follow this policy in its entirety.

After the 30-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund for that month of billing. We encourage our customers to try the service in the first month after their purchase to ensure it works for your needs.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
We offer a full refund for the most recent 30-day payment. For example, if you have been with our company for 3 billing cycles (3 months), you will only be refunded for the 3rd month, which is the most recent 30-day subscription cycle. Using this example: If you have a $15 subscription, and your subscription has been active for 3 months. You will be refunded $15, which is the total amount of your most recent 30-day subscription cycle. You will not be refunded for all 3 months. 

RESOLVING DISPUTES
Let’s Try to Sort Things Out First. We want to address your concerns without needing a formal legal case. Before filing a claim, dispute, or chargeback against Panther Playlists, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting PantherPlaylists@gmail.com. We’ll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 15 days of submission, you or Panther Playlists may bring a formal proceeding.You agree to a forfeiture of any chargeback initiated prior to contacting Panther Playlists and allowing Panther Playlists up to 15 days to resolve the issue. 

JUDICIAL FORM FOR DISPUTES
You and Panther Playlists agree that any judicial proceeding to resolve claims relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the federal or state courts of Los Angeles County, California, subject to the mandatory arbitration provisions below. Both you and Panther Playlists consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts. If you reside in a country (for example, a member state of the European Union) with laws that give consumers the right to bring disputes in their local courts, this paragraph doesn’t affect those requirements.

You agree to this Refund Policy during checkout by checking a box that states "I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy". You are not allowed to purchase from our website without accepting these terms. Thus, when accepted, this Refund Policy becomes legally binding and shall be treated as a contract between you and Panther Playlists.
